4. Vehicle Condition & Inspection

• All vehicles are sold as-is with no guarantees, no returns, and no refunds unless otherwise stated.

• Information provided about vehicles (photos, descriptions, mileage, condition, etc.) is based on available data but may not be fully accurate.

• Buyers are encouraged to arrange an inspection before bidding.

We are not responsible for discrepancies in vehicle condition after purchase.

5. Payments

If you win a bid:

• Full payment must be made within the timeframe specified (usually 24–48 hours).

• Accepted payment methods may include: cash, certified funds, wire transfer, or other approved methods.

• Failure to pay may result in:

  • account suspension

  • cancellation of purchase

  • collection actions

  • additional fees

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, registration fees, or title fees.

6. Pickup or Delivery

After payment:

• Vehicles must be picked up within the specified time.

• Storage fees may apply for delayed pickups.

• If using a transporter, all arrangements and risks are solely the buyer’s responsibility.

• DWD is not responsible for damages occurring during transport.

7. Fees

You agree to pay any applicable:

• Storage fees

• Processing or documentation fees

Fee amounts will be displayed or communicated prior to finalizing your purchase.

8. No Warranty / “As-Is” Sale

All items sold on DWD Auto Auction are sold:

“AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS.”

DWD provides no warranty, including:

• No guarantee of condition

• No guarantee of title status

• No guarantee of mileage accuracy

• No guarantee of vehicle performance

You acknowledge that purchasing used vehicles carries risks.

9. Limitation of Liability
