How does your auction process work?

Our process is simple and transparent:You Browse and Bid – Access thousands of vehicles through nationwide dealer auctions.We Buy for You – If your bid wins, we purchase the vehicle directly and handle paperwork or logistics.You Drive Away – Pick up from the auction or arrange transport. You pay the auction price plus a clear, transparent service fee.

Do I need a dealer license to participate?

No. DO WHAT U DO Auto Auction allows the general public to legally access dealer-only auctions through our facility. You get the same opportunities and pricing that licensed dealers do.

What types of vehicles can I buy through your service?

You can access a wide range of vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, trucks, vans, luxury cars, exotics, fleet vehicles, government units, repossessions, and both clean-title and salvage-title vehicles from auctions across the United States.

Why is buying through DO WHAT U DO Auto Auction better than going to a dealership?

You avoid dealership markups, gain access to a nationwide inventory, and receive expert guidance throughout the process. You pay wholesale prices, enjoy a transparent fee structure, and maintain full control over your purchasing decisions.

What if I do not win the auction?

There is no charge. The $1,500 pre-authorization hold is simply released back to your card within 3 to 5 business days. You may continue browsing and bidding on other vehicles.

Is registration free?

Yes. Registering an account with us is completely free. There are no monthly charges, account fees, or browsing fees.

What payment is required before I can bid?

A fully refundable $1,500 pre-authorization hold is required before bidding. This hold verifies that you are a genuine bidder. It is not a charge and will automatically release within 3 to 5 business days if you do not win.

What fees do I pay if I win an auction?

No. DO WHAT U DO Auto Auction allows the general public to legally access dealer-only auctions through our facility. You get the same opportunities and pricing that licensed dealers do.

Are shipping fees included in my invoice?

No. Shipping fees are billed separately by our partnered transport companies. You will receive a separate transport quote based on your delivery address and the vehicle’s location. The transport provider will issue their own invoice directly to you.

How do I start bidding?

After registering for free, you must complete the $1,500 refundable pre-authorization. Once verified, you can browse thousands of vehicles inside our facility and bid live with our team supporting you through the simulcast auction.

Do you assist with choosing the right vehicle?

Yes. Our team provides guidance on condition reports, vehicle history, market value, and bidding strategy. You will always have expert support before and during your bidding.

What happens if I win a bid?

If your bid wins, we immediately purchase the vehicle on your behalf. You will receive a detailed invoice by email. Full payment is required at auction close. We then assist with paperwork, title processing, and transportation if needed.
